One dark gloomy night,
In the middle of the day.
Two legless chickens
Ran out to play.
Around and around they chased each other.
No beaks in place,
They cockadoodled together.
The old deaf farmer came running out,
To hear what all the doodling was about.
If you don't believe this crazy story is true,
Ask Mrs. deaf farmer,
She heard it too.
