Money and fame don't bring happiness. I don't think she's trying to start a new fashion nor she's shaved her head for commercial reasons. She has serious psychological issues and I'm afraid it's hard to get over those. Poor Britney.

She got a divorce, her albums don't sell anymore as they used to, she probably doesn't have anyone who really cares about her and she turned to drugs. All those must have crashed her so far, and unless something is done immediately, she will keep going down.

It is said that a hairdresser at the salon tried to convince her not to shave her head, that even though she wanted it at that particular time, she would regret it in the future. So Britney went to the back of the salon, took a shaver and started shaving her head while laughing.

I believe she needs psychological support both from an expert and from family and friends. By friends, I don't mean Paris Hilton with whom Britney does stuff which she regrets the other day, like dancing at clubs wearing no underwear and using drugs. I mean real friends who actually care about her and want to help her get over this difficult phase of her life.

Fame must have been another factor that turned her into a psychologically distracted person. She was so famous by the age of 16, which obviously affected her personality the wrong way. It was a matter of time that something would have pushed her over the edge.

Let's all hope that she gets over this phase of her life, she finds good friends to support her, she stops using drugs and makes a huge pop career in the future. She really deserves it.
