Wake
and make
the bed
and clothe
and feed
and eat
and (try)
to pay the bills
and scrub
and fix
and yell
and run in circles, stooping,
grabbing stuff
and feed again
and turn the music up
and answer phone
and try to chat.
Then bathe them
cook
and feed again.
Play a game,
read a book,
brush their teeth
tuck them in (at last).
And sit
and rest
and wonder why
I'm sad to have another day gone by.

Poetry: I'm tired
I'm not tired of turning you on,
I just hate to be in the dark.
I'm just sad in some other way.
The switch broke and fused
Battle Fatigue
The minutes crawl and the years do fly,
Serenity withers by and by.
The interrogator asks but listens nigh,
It never ends up in the masses
You see it in the minority
You watch it slowly as it passes
Why can’t it be our priority?
by Tony Gomes
Tired
I lay my tyrannies
Over my tired knees
Will I loom to be doomed?
If groove naught in the ecliptic moon
Be worthy
by Holly Trout
After a full night sleep its not working out
I don't know why I should be full of life
But not today
I'm tired
I feel exhausted
