Firstly, the owner of the website has made a wise choice by using the name of the occasion as a domain name making it easy to be discovered as they are people who try to search for something by using common words as a domain name. The website is dedicated to everything that has something to do with Valentine's Day. The overall layout of the website makes it fun and comfortable for the visitor to use it.

Navigation around Valentines.com is easy. All links are arranged in a neat order making it easy to look for information.  The web designer was also creative by incorporating an image of a set of hands holding a pink heart with options surrounding the image. When you place your mouse pointer over an option, a small red heart appears next to the option giving you a romantic feeling.

Here are my reviews on each of the important option available on Valentines.com. The chocolate option leads the chocolate page. The chocolate page contains information on how chocolate can be beneficial to one's health. Therefore, it is good to give chocolate to the person you love on Valentine's Day to show that you really love him or her by caring for his or health with chocolate. In my opinion, the page can be further enhanced  by adding some images of chocolates especially made for Valentine's Day or an image of a person giving some chocolate to his or her lover. The images may be captured by search engines and in turn help increase the traffic to the website. With more traffic to the website, more people will be willing to advertise on the page to sponsor the website.

The flowers option leads one to the flowers page. This is the page that is full of information on flowers. On the page, I discovered that flowers were one of the first items used by men to show their interest in women. The page also suggested that one should use his or her creativity when choosing flowers to be arranged to inspire the person he or she loves. The page, I believe, could be further enhanced by images of someone giving some flowers to his lover.

The jewelry page which is accessible via the jewelry option has great among of information on jewelry and how it can an important part of Valentine's Day. The page suggests that a jewelry makes an ideal gift for Valentine's Day as jewelry is found all over the world.
