You know when it is time to go home when... :-
- You can hardly differentiate numbers and letters on your computer keyboard.
- You see more of night than day for a long time.
- Your family members are asleep most of the time when you go home.
- Your kids pester you frequently on the office phone to come home.
- You feel a sense of 'distance' between your wife/ husband or girlfriend/ boyfriend.
- Even your parents themselves step in to wonder if anything is wrong.
It is good to be hard at work, however it is essential to have a healthy schedule and lifestyle. Set aside time for work and your personnel space (e.g. for yourself, family and friends for instance). You will be healthier, both physically and mentally, and happier in the long run.
Oops.. Time for me to go home now! See you!
