You have to know what search terms people are looking for as well. You have to be able to keep up with current events as you go along. You also have to realize that you can make an income monthly after you have already written an article. It may not be a lot for one article, but once you have built up a collection, you will be surprised how much money you can make by doing nothing more. It can be very rewarding to know that you will have that income coming in as long as people are looking at your articles.

There are downfalls to writing online for money. You put yourself out there for the entire world to see. Your writing is suddenly up for critique by those who will love it, but it is also out there for those who hate it. You will likely get unwanted comments about your writing, so be prepared for that to happen.

You probably won’t get rich writing online for money. You can make a decent part-time living at it easily. It will take much more than that to make a realistic living from it though. It takes planning and you have to be prepared for months when not much is available. You also have to understand that you will run into writer’s block occasionally. Be prepared and know how to avoid these situations to make the  most of writing online for money.
