Simple makeup tips for busy women

Simple is better when you are working and on the go. Getting back to good skin care and going as natural as you can with your make up.

First you want to have the right kind of make up for you. I personally like the mineral makeup. It is not just makeup but it also improves the look of the skin. It gives you a more natural look, and it is fast and easy to apply. It is easy to travel with and do touch ups as well. I think it lasts a lot longer too. I can go from morning until I am done at night and still feel fresh and like my face is not melting off!

I do not like the liquid makeups so much. It takes longer to apply and is much harder to carry with you and do the necessary touch ups. You have to make sure you have just the right shade for you and for the season. It is necessary to change if you are pale and then get really dark or Sunkist in the summer. It is harder to get a matching color with liquids.

I go simple with the lips a light liner all over and some gloss stays well. The liner gives definition and adds a bit of color all over with out being too much for the work place. This is easily touched up even with out a mirror. All you need is your gloss to roll on .

With the mineral makeup you just brush on a few different products and you are done! Its comfortable, it lets the skin breathe. Use liner and a bit of color for the eyes and throw on some mascara.

Here are a few make up tips.

If you want your chin to not be so noticeable put on a dark powder under the jawbone and feather it down.

If you have a fatter face (like me) you can thin and elongate it by using your blush high and under the middle of the eye.

Do you have a problem brow you have to help along with a brow pencil? I do! The best way is to take your brow pencil and put it to the side of your nose with sharp end up. This should be the start of the brow. Now with a compass like motion move the point of pencil till it rests above the middle of the eye. This is the highest point. Now same motion moving pencil to the end of the eye, this is the end of the brow. Is very easy once you do it.

Remember to have fun and change it up some. Just a little lighter here or a different gloss, or colored eye liner, the change should be subtle, NOT startling.
