In short, Opera. This is because it is less resource hungry than the others. Netscape is okay for many things as well, but it does have a lot of clutter in the program which you are not really going to use. Also the way Netscape is built it doesn't formulate pages in the same way as IE, which can be a headache. Many webpages are built for IE, which means neither Opera or Netscape will display them correctly. Many designers fail to use cross browser compatibility tests, and so the surfer suffers.
I tend to use Firefox, which is an excellent program. Althought Opera is a great browser, I find Firefox uses even less resources and is much less prone to certain types of cookie and tracking devices. Also Firefox blocks those irritating pop-ups by default, which is handy.
I like IE, but I find that many webpages use pop ups, which require thrid party software to block and oocassionaly my home page is altered by some sites. This doesn't happen in Opera or Firefox. I am not sure about Netscape.
