Poets can make a dull read come alive, with vibrancy containing a rich story line. Writing words that can hypnotize your mind, body & soul, poets are great architects, sculptors, artists drawing pictures in the storybook of life, revealing issues in a way that most may not see, writing from their hearts with such vigor and clarity. Poets are people that have experienced a lot of joy & pain, learning lesson's with much knowledge obtained. They have the innate ability to take a common situation and make it stand out and even shine, as they explore the complexities of their intellect while stimulating your mind.

Having the ability to see through a special eye, and hear with a most attentive ear, they pick up movement and sound and walk through areas most would turn down. What would our world be without the poet that writes and causes the reader to be free to soar, to laugh, to think to cry, to dance or fall in love or just say goodbye. The magical touch of paper to pen, that can mend a broken heart or separate a so called friend.

Music and rhythm, animation and dance, drama and comedy, suspense and romance. All expressions captured in books, published and produced. This all starts with touch, a memory, a smell or thought;  Poetry is a gift from God which can't be bought. Thank you for being transparent with so much emotion displays of humor, anger and mistrust, sadness, despondency and utter disgust. Kind and generous,doubtful and surprised. Taking a chance peering into your world envisioning life through the windows with just a glance.

Your writings have touched the very essence of our being, illuminating our minds, we were kissed & embraced with your spectacular poetic lines. Poetry grasps truth and exudes grace, we can erase stereotypes & eliminate hate, so much power lays in this treasure no one has exactly measured. Know that you are hero's, liberators, you never go out of style, you can help heal and cause someone to smile. You are strong and your love for your gift is obvious, your intelligent and intuitive, creative & insightful you are that extra zest in life that makes everything worthwhile. Maybe this rekindled a flame,  possibly a small spark did ignite, but whatever you do never stop poet, always and forever write.
