You went away one cold day
and ignored the girl who asked you to stay
you never came back you never even called
That's when my self-esteem starting falling that long fall
It fell slowly but surely but now it is down deep
Now I don't feel like I am good enough for the man who left me
Now he is back in my life again and these feelings will not go away
The feelings of hate and not being good enough
or even not being able to do anything right
The worst part is that it is not just me it is my dogs, my friends and last but not least
the man that I love
He doesn't think that they are good enough and I don't think he ever will
Sorry this sounds so harsh but this is how you make me feel

Poetry: Since you left

Afterwards
If it ended tomorrow what would I do, what would happen to me to you
Moving right on to a time, where people
by JKayy
Dearest love,
I walked all over your words,
lost in the room we shared together
searching hidden meanings
beneath the bed, where
Wherever You Are
The wind is blowing around the house
Didn’t think this room could get so cold,
And I didn’t
Since you left,
the sun rushes to hide,
in the loving arms of night,
the birds whisper sweet words of comfort,
that i hear
I walk around in circles
My mind is in a daze
I can't see this working
But I'll hope this is a phase
My fingers skim surfaces
