GreetingsIsland.com contains a selection of birthday cards organized into five categories, for him, for her, funny, kids and belated.  The site is extremely user-friendly with easy-to-follow directions.  If it is your first time downloading a free printable birthday card, this is a good place to start.  Creating and printing the card can be done in six, simple steps and there is even a Help button if you get confused.  In the help section, the site provides detailed, picture instructions that are not complicated to follow.  Feeling extra-creative?  Upload your own picture from your hard drive to customize the birthday card.  GreetingsIsland.com does not require users to join the site.

This site does require users to join in order to print out free cards.  There is no joining fee. The only thing required is an email address.  However, NetFunCards.com does have a much larger selection of free printable birthday cards than GreetingsIsland.com.  The site offers nine categories of birthday cards including funny, anyone, family, love, friends, for kids, co-workers, belated and pets.  This site is not difficult to use and it takes only a few minutes to select a card and send it to print on your home printer.
