Music of a kind, ever playing in my mind
A sweet melody of song. to let me unwind
From the daily pace, of the human race
To keep in my sleep, a warming embrace
Of a rhythmic beat, that does so entreat
With words of love, playing long and sweet
That I dream of you, all the night through
My lovely lady, Kate, whose charms await
A music of love, as if coming from above
For you and I, together, in a bed of heavenly heather
A music. so sweet, that I think, with ever beat
That I will not awake, until your love, I take

My brain is misfiring and time's out of whack.
I can't hear the sound, my worlds upside down.
I lost the beat and
