You left without a word, the silence rebounding around the room, leaving me alone with my thoughts.
Another argument, words a blur, feelings, emotions, erupting, the air filled with hurt.
Tomorrow brings the promise of a new day, a new beginning, the chance to make it right again.
Angry words spewing out, like a volcanic eruption, no regard for your feelings, a banshee, released.
These hurtful occasions, becoming more frequent, have a life of their own, dark and destructive.
Tomorrow I will make it right, another chance to express how I feel, try to work it out.
The ringing of the telephone awakens me, it's late, I answer the call.
The words being spoken are making no sense, you never felt a thing, it happened so fast.
Tomorrow brings a new day, with no chance to make it right, I cry.

My Love for you is
by Dominic D.
I remember all the magic
that falling in love can bring,
and whenever I was near you
I could hear the angels sing.
I chose you,
freshly ripened
on the vine
rain falls on my time
kinetic and empowered
metallic
