PayPal.com is a company that is owned by eBay and is a company that allows users to send payments for goods and services on eBay as well as a lot of other websites. The PayPal account holders are worldwide and setting up a new account is easy and convenient. PayPal.com has low transaction fees for people receiving money and it is a good way to conduct shopping online. The website is straightforward to read and navigate to and from different sections of the website. People must register an account with PayPal to send money to companies that have PayPal.com as a payment method.

The Paypal.com is a secure and safe website, all people have to do is log in with there e-mail address and password and they can enter the website using a secure connection. There are two types of currency choices of British Pounds as well as United States Dollars. The account section displays how much money an account holder has in his or her PayPal account. The account overview section shows how much money a person has available, and he or she from this money is able to send money to other people with PayPal accounts, or the account holder can choose to withdraw funds into his or her chosen bank account. The website under the history section displays a historic summary of what activity on PayPal a person has made over the last one calendar month. The website is easy to navigate. The content is good and clear to see what activity has taken place on a persons PayPal account. This section shows a persons payment status as completed, or partially refunded, and to whom the person has sent money to as well as the date and gross and net amounts of the transactions completed.

People with PayPal accounts and who have websites of there own can apply to get themselves a merchant supplier service to allow the website to accept payments using this online transaction company PayPal. People can advertise that they accept PayPal on eBay which helps some customers pay using this online payment processing company. PayPal does freeze peoples accounts if they suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity, as I do believe they check peoples internet protocol addresses to see if the people with accounts are using there accounts on an appropriate basis. I had a temporary stop on my account as I had logged into my account from a different address. The account section also details a persons name, address and people have to verify these details, and some telephone verification steps are taken to ensure that the details are up to date and accurate. The one thing I have to mention is PayPal.com charges for receiving money on websites is around 3% of the total transaction. Also a website business or online auction seller will have to wait for the funds to clear.
