Losing the negative person in you

How do you lose the negative person in you? Firstly you must understand to release your negativity you need to know the causes. Negativity is not only within yourself but also around you all the times, it is within your friends, family and anyone you interact with in your everyday life. When there is a greater negative influence around you then your only going to follow by example, Everything around us including media, main stream television, fashion etc are a huge positive/negative influence, depending on how you perceive the objects or occupation.

There is only one thing nobody in the word can take away from us and that is our own free will to choose how to think and feel about what we see and hear. We can choose to view something negatively or positively, some things are too negative in this world to always view positively however your frame of mind can be stronger, peaceful and in turn you will be fare less negative. Other than your own mind you can use people to help influence you gradually into a positive lifestyle which will make you positive. Your surroundings of positive and negative situations and vibes you feel will affect your mood.

First you need to find the negatives in your life by realising what makes you feel bad? What do you think you need less or more of in your life? When you find the answers to those kinds of questions then you will know which negatives you will need to cut out of your life, sometimes it's the things we love most that hurt us and if those negatives are greater than the positives then your never really going to be truly happy until you cut them out of your life. This doesn't mean negatives aren't allowed in family, friends, work etc however if there is an emotional and mental unbalance where the negative is greater than the positives in this person, job, object etc then their no good for your soul or lifetime.

Replace the negatives with positives such as new friends, new hobbies, new job etc, typically these are everyday thing everyday people like me and you do to better our lives and rarely realize the realm of negative/positive spirituality. Understanding the balance of greater positives/negatives will determine our lifestyle is key to us all and only when you understand this you will be able to control your own negativity.
