A rock star themed birthday party can be fun to plan for any age.  Depending on the birthday person’s age, the party space and the budget, a range of rock star themed parties can be planned easily.  When planning any themed birthday party, be to consider the birthday person’s personal preferences and to specify the theme on the invitation.
