Aren't we all but wicked
whilst children starve and cry
no blanket to keep them warm
no house to call home
as they struggle just to hold on to their lives
their fingers withered
their faces grim
their bodies cold and frail
a call to action
attention to this infraction
but all you can say is Oh Well
it's not my problem
I am not at fault
how dare you think to blame me
but while you fight to clear your conscious
and ignore my nonsense
another child dies needlessly
for who is not to blame if we are all the same
we all live in this world don't we?
for who is to blame
were wicked the same
if we fail to take responsibility

Beneath the dress you're wearing
