I love him in the way i would never hurt him,
In the way in which i do treat him like a king.
I love him in the way i would never make him cry,
In the way for him i would die.
I love him in the in the way that waking up each day,
Him by my side is a blessing I'd say.
I love him in the way he is the world to me,
In which he can see.
I love him so much to put up with the way he tends to make me feel,
In the way which even today i continue to heal.
I love him in the way which i silently let my tears fall,
In the way i play strong and build a wall.
The love of my life sleeps beside me,
Dreaming so happily and free.
The word content is not what i use,
But his short tempered fuse.
What he doesn't know is i yearn for his attention,
But best not mention.
Because i love him you see,
Enough to hold my plea.
