Black pepper dahi (yoghurt) chicken:



This is very simple recipe. Easy to digest easy to cook! And believe me it's a finger licking recipe.

Ingredients:

(1) One whole chicken cut into bite size pieces.
(2) 400 gm yoghurt.
(3) 150 gm fresh cream
(4) 3 tb spoon black pepper powder.
(5) 3 tb spoon black mustard seed paste.
(6) 2 medium size onions paste
(7) 2 tb spoon garlic paste


(8) 2 tb spoon ginger paste
(9) 1 cup cashew nuts paste
(10) salt , sugar
(11) cooking oil
(12) 2 cups water

How to cook:



Clean chicken properly and it should be without skin. Take a bowl and mix up yoghurt, 3 table spoon black pepper powder.2 table spoon ginger paste , 2 table spoon garlic paste, 1 table spoon salt. Add chicken pieces into the batter and mix it well. Cover the bowl and place it in refrigerator for whole night. Next day take out the chicken and keep it out side until it comes to normal temperature.

Heat 6 tb spoon oil in a frying pan and start adding chicken pieces one by one. Fry properly all pieces until little brown. Then add onion paste, wait for few minutes to fry it well. Next you can add mustard paste, little more black pepper powder, then cashew nut paste. Add salt and little sugar as per your taste. Mix all the things and add 2 cups of water and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. At last add fresh cream and mix. You can garnish it with little fresh cream after placed it in the serving bowl. Your delicious chicken recipe is now ready to eat. Serve it hot with plain rice, Polao, or roties.
