Poetry: On music

by Svetlana Cherevik

Created on: December 25, 2009   Last Updated: March 22, 2011

Think what can outweigh on your scales

A pound of pebble or a carat of gold

Couple of wise words or endless tales

That would rather folly unfold

Some things  have no price, but weight

They are of immeasurable value

These are impossible to state

But they can totally embrace you

They are the ones to chose from

To banish, circumvent or cherish

No matter how many centuries turn

They shall never perish
