Poetry: Christmas spirit

by Jean Leslie

Created on: December 23, 2009

Amid this bustle we forget
To thank our Lord for Jesus Christ.
We scowl like termagants, regret
That in this bustle we forget
To give our love. We are enticed
To shop for things, all overpriced.
Amid this bustle we forget
To thank our Lord for Jesus Christ.
