There are many ways to get your point across when you are angry, it is only when you have hidden anger that becomes a problem for you in any type of relationship. There are many things that can destroy a relationship and hidden anger is the biggest ones. It doesn't matter if this anger is carried over from childhood or past relationships, if it is not dealt with properly it can not only destroy the relationship, but it can destroy you as well.
When we are dealing with a strong negative emotion as anger, we must first admit that we are angry and then begin to find out where it started and then work on dealing with it effectively, so we can let it go. It is when we hold to the anger and never deal with it, so we let it go and move on with our life. Anger is not something you can put away in the back of your mind and think that it is over, just as soon as something triggers the anger you will find yourself back in the same place, only this time you will be even angrier and each time you leave this emotion alone with it will become larger than anything in your life.
Anger can consume you, it will have you wondering why you keep getting headaches, upset stomach, back pain, hair falling out and many other aches and pains in your body. You can loss a thought as fast as you get it, find yourself driving down the wrong road and lost in a thought that has nothing to do with what you are doing or where you are going.
If you are talking to someone about something that triggers the anger you can find yourself saying things that are hurtful and down right mean, this is one sign that anger is taking over and can be the beginning destroying the relationship. Anger is something that has to be dealt with only by the person that is anger, the other person in the relationship needs to be understanding and supportive, this can help if the angry person really wants to get over it. Getting over something that has become so much apart of you is very hard, when you are living it every day of your life and the thing about anger it doesn't just show up in the every day life, but when you sleep. If you are fighting in your sleep, this could only mean that you have some anger issues that need to be dealt with. It is no funny living with a person that is angry when they are woke and sleep.
An angry person can be very defensive to everything that is said or done, how can you talk or do anything around a person that is always angry and defensive? When you are dealing with a angry person you have to always walk on egg shells and can't make any mistakes because it could set them off and you find yourself thinking about how to make yourself happy and even how to get away from this person who is a walking time bomb. If you don't find a way to get them to some help and yourself, their anger can become your anger and two angry people together spells failure.
