Youthfulness is of the mind
Until the body begins to fail the mind
If you crack the bones as youth
You shall suck marrows when you have no tooth
Pour water ahead of you with strength of youth
That you may walk on cool grounds in old age
Remember to serve the Lord in your youth
That you may eat of his goodness in your hoary days
What you shall regret in your old days
Are what you did not do as youth
