If you have an active blog, you might be considering asking other writers to contribute to it with you. You can build a writing team for your blog that will allow you to have ongoing new content posted to your blog. One challenge that you will be facing is how to build writing team for your blog. Here are some ideas.
A) Hiring Writers - Perhaps the least cost effective method of building a writing team for your blog is to hire a team of writers. This means that you will either be paying per post or per hour. If you have the funds needed to do this or, you believe that your blog can earn sufficient amounts from new posts through the use of AdSense, this might be a good alternative.
B) Friends & Family - You could invite your friends and family members to be part of a writing team for your blog. This may not be a good option if you are looking for consistent, high quality posts for a business blog. If your blog is purely social, this can be a great option for you and will allow for some lively discussions. Make sure if you are concerned about content quality that everyone knows what is acceptable and what is not.
C) Other Blogs - If you have reviewed other blogs and you like the way that the owner maintains their blog, consider inviting them to be a guest blogger at your blog. This is especially good if you have been following blogs that enhance your own blog. In return for being a guest blogger you can add a link to their blog to your blog link list as a way of offering a thank you.
D) Revenue Sharing - Another option that is available to you is to set up a separate AdSense account that you can use for revenue sharing. You can invite other bloggers, friends, co-workers or others to participate by posting relevant content to your blog. As you receive revenues from AdSense (keeping in mind the minimum payout is $100) you can offer revenue sharing.
E) Other Writers - If you have favorite writers here on Helium contact them and ask them to work with you on your blog. Review their articles and suggest that as a way of promoting their own writing they might share some of their articles on your blog. You can put the first paragraph of the article on your blog and link to their Helium "About Me" page. You may want to consider doing this in conjunction with revenue sharing.
Summary
There are many ways that do not have to cost you a lot of money to build a writing team for your blog. Decide which one works best for you and soon your blog will climb up in the search engines since you are posting relevant, new content regularly.
