I've wept but don't pretend to pity me,
For this was your intent even from the start,
And now that we can't longer hold on, you are free,
For you are nothing to me than a missing page.
I shall never cry because of you, my love,
For the world is so wide and filled with different beings,
Even as you take a step out of my life,
some other's, sometime will take a step into my life,
My remorse face has nothing to do with you,
Although water keep rolling down my eyes,
I shall be bold and strong to face my days,
For i have sobbed but these tears are not for you,
I fret not but live to love again,
For love is impartial and open to all,
Even as I'm down in confusion and pains,
I shall arise again to stand my ground,
Think twice and reason with me,
For a friend in need is a fool in love,
Even as i have knelt and begged for your return,
I am not weak but i wish peace to prevailed.
Do not pity my love... why must you pity me?
You have only taken your love away and not my life,
My life is hope and hope to love again,
Although i love you and regret you've gone,
I'll never... never will hurt you, my love,
But I'll always cherish you as once a sweet Dal,
so don't ever pity me, for i shall find my own comfort.

Poetry: Don't pity me
by Jane Allyson
I drew the flash of temper,
I am the one to blame.
I made the heart grow heavy,
I caused the eyes to flame.
I was weak and
Don't pity me because my hair is gray:
years took its toll, causing my back to sway,
roads were rocky and hills hard to climb,
nights
Don't pity me
the woman whispered
even though I die alone,
for I have lived a full life,
never stooping to pick up
after
Don't pity me all you people,
the very ones who shot me down;
making sure when I was happy,
somehow you caused a frown.
Don't
I am an old man, whithered and bent
My youth and vigor are all spent
You may think it's sad, don't
