Left 4 Dead 2 is the highly anticipated 2009 sequel to Valve’s critically acclaimed 2008 classic “Left 4 Dead”. Left 4 Dead 2 is set in the same time scale as the first zombie infection outbreak in the first game. Left 4 Dead 2 however covers a huge variety of topics, situations and storyline scenarios that the first game failed to capitalize on. In Left 4 Dead 2, the player now witnesses the huge scale of the zombie outbreak as it happens with a variety of new guns, melee weapons, side-arms and bombs to aid them.

What makes this specific situation so unique is the fact that the only way you know that these situations are going to happen is when they happen. On the first level of the “Parish” campaign for example, part-way through the first level, on random occasions if your progress is good enough, rooms that you open will be full of fire that will engulf you. The only way to avoid this is to be careful which doors you actually go through; stand to the right of
