Women in the workplace, ahoy! With progress in society and change in age, I am impressed and have well respect in due for the women of today in business and workforce. Firstly, I may be a male counterpart, yet I may have some words of business advice for women:-
- Do not be intimidated. The workplace was one of male dominance. No longer does this stand, with women being educated, more qualified and being on the same level of competitiveness as their counterparts. Be confident in the workplace.
- Brains, the way to go! What women may lack in brawns, you can more than make up with brains. A good business plan, decisive actions, the will and desire to go along with, will definitely ensure a journey on the path of success.
- Time management. This may be more of concern to women on the soft side of family. It is essential that while your business is important, it is necessary to set aside time for other important areas like for your family, kids, and of course yourself.
- Be yourself. There are stories/ rumors of women who uses their feminine charms to advance in their career or something along that line. Nonsense. Just be yourself, and depend on your work skills.
