Reflections: Worry

by Antoinette Acosta

Created on: December 14, 2009

Worry is a component of stress, it will not give you peace. We as sensitive human beings, can be greatly effected by worry and we need to somehow sustain peace in a matter that can help remind us to see clearly and remember we always have options. Even if we do not, a clear mind without worry can ensure faith and hope for a better day and time to come.

Becoming someone who is worried can have dramatic health related issues. The person whom is unsure, can become a malfunctioned thinker of the impossible triggered by the stress. We might evidently start thinking about the worst possible outcome, and this is a terrible thing to do as the mind is an extremely powerful force and can drastically change our faith the more pun we put into our thoughts.

If you experience worry, it is a natural Adrenalin for the human to get a tasteful rush that something needs to be done. The motivational period comes within this rush to help the human cope with the problem so that we can get set back into our more relaxed primary biological factor. Though all of us cannot avoid worry some time in our lives, it is very crucial to understand the overload and extended preoccupation with this form of stress can become a sickness. Though it is natural, our bodies react in a more frantic approach. We humans need sanity in order to reassess our situation and come up with a rational solution. Worries cannot alleviate this stress only enhance it, therefor your mind is fully capable of going overboard and quitting all together.

This may lead to depression. Which is known to keep you more appealed in tremendous doubt, disappointment, fear, sadness anger, etc. Overload of worry can determine weather you become a target for depression as the emotional stakes are high enough. This is why we cannot let worry interfere with our lives to much.It create chaos with our obfuscate views on difficult scenarios bought upon us.

We must remain awake and aloof at the same time for our minds to reattain our natural medium. If we allow for such worry to determine our fate, we might fail completely.

1. Practice a form of relaxation through common interest with others or alone. Take up something small to occupy, yet entertain your thoughts as to where worry cannot trigger an absolute mastery in clouded thought.

2. Write. Writing down what is bothering you and stressing you out, can become a unique yet common and effective tool in utilizing a plan and format for your individual needs.

3. Motivation. Worry is also a good source of motivation if you can view it directly as so without the overflow of dramatic consequences.
