There is a reason Apple Computers has been thriving lately. There is a reason that more and more PC users have made the switch over to a Macintosh. There is a reason that Microsoft had to come down from it's ivory tower to start doing cheesy commercials with Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates. That reason is undoubtedly that Macs are better than PCs. Even more specifically, Mac OSX is better than Windows. If you understand and study the mass population you'll soon realize that they know nothing about computers. They know how to turn it on, click with the mouse, and do basic tasks, but beyond that they really don't know how to use a computer to its fullest. There is only a small niche of computer users that are savvy and smart enough to program, develop, and process difficult work. This small niche generally enjoys the PC better, but the rest of us really hates everything about it. Let's do a run down on what makes Mac so much better.

1. Easy FUNctionality

Have you ever stopped to think of all the silly little interface things Windows has? Even just simple stuff like the "Start" button. What are you even starting? Can you not start somewhere else? Plus, the start menu is irritating, not user friendly, and sometimes gets so full that it's hard to find whatever it is you are looking for. Also, windows minimizing and maximizing all the time can become very frustrating when you are trying to multitask. It's too slow, not good functionality, and down right stupid. Macs get rid of all this stuff by making their functionality easy to use and user friendly. Instead of minimizing windows all the time, Mac allows you to click a button and all your windows will shrink and show up on your screen. You can pick and choose whatever one that you want and that window will zoom up for use. Also, you can use their new functionality "Spaces" which lets you multiply your screen space by however much you want and put individual windows in different spaces. You can slide over to whatever space you want with ease. Instead of a "start bar" you have a "Dock" that you can put all your most used applications. Then, you can place folders that will stack other applications that you might want to use, but less frequently. When in doubt, there Finder and Search is incredible instantly finding whatever application you might need at the time. Have you ever tried to use Windows search feature? It takes forever! Mac search works in seconds.
