Is it right for a man past forty to have a relationship with an eighteen year old woman?
Methinks you may know little about the vagaries of human nature when it comes to romance. Be that as it may it is an unfortunate fact that most individuals rate age chronologically. This is far from factual; we all know individuals who look, feel and act, both older and younger than their chronological age. And this is a biological truth.
Not one individual dies of chronology! We live and die by the quality of our approximately one hundred trillion cells, and to take it a step further by the quality of our mitochondria within each cell, averaging about two thousand each cell.
One likes to keep ones' cellular biochemistry about twenty year below the chronological. And the occasional lady friend has oft times been of a chronological age more than twenty years below mine.
It is also well documented that many very successful marriages in our society, in times long past were between a relatively young woman and a considerably older man. It is also a fact that in those times the husband was financially able to keep his wife in the manner to which the young woman would like to become accustomed.
And here Patrick, lies a female advantage, in that too often the highly active young woman sent her husband "happily" perhaps even ecstatically, to an early grave, inheriting the estate and living wealthy and well romanced for many years to come.
Another aspect of interest with the advent of the internet and dating is the undeniable fact that there are literally hundreds of thousands of eligible, attractive, often beautiful young women hailing especially from Russia the Ukraine, other parts of Eastern Europe, Asia, ladies from Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica.
Very many of these young women are well educated, often with tertiary degrees, who do not which to marry within their society because of the unpredictability of the men in that society. These women need stability and assurance of a lasing and happy relationship. In contrast to our society where “Men wanted adds, prioritize 30-40 years of age, tall dark and handsome. The aforementioned other world women rarely specify age as a consideration. In our society hey may be known as “Gold Diggers”, however that nomenclature rarely applies in this illustration.
Finally, when we choose to look beyond our somewhat retarded society, we find countless millions of apparently happy marriages between younger women and older men. Recall Patrick “life begins at forty”, so hang in there, and then reconsider your current feeling at that time in your life!
