Who wouldn't want happy tenants and if you are that type of person that doesn't care if they have happy tenants are not, then you do not deserve to be the type of person to be renting out property to people. Because every landlord that is renting out their property should be doing everything to their best ability to make sure that their tenant/tenants are happy.

If you are beginning to notice on your property that tenants are leaving and not staying long and there are a lot of complaints coming into your office and sometimes to much for you to handle, then it's maybe time to sit back and observe to see what you are doing wrong.

Maybe you are not yet a landlord, but have seriously considered it and you are wondering if you should take the plunge. Then maybe you should read these list of demands and then see if you still want to become a landlord. Being a landlord is a very hard task and is a lot to handle. Depending on what you are renting out whether it be an apartment or just a house and how many tenants you have to deal with, you are going to really have your hands full. Forget about just sitting back and watching the dough roll in.

So here are a list of things that you should maybe look and see if you are doing to make your tenants happy and if you are not doing these things, then maybe its time that you change what is going on.

So, make sure everything is up to par when you are ready to rent out. If you already have prospects, but nothing is yet ready, just be honest with them and let them know that there are a few things that needs to be fixed. Tenants love it when the landlords are honest with them. There is nothing worse than having a dishonest landlord.

2. Don't cover up things in an apartment just to get a tenant to move in. If there is mold in the place that you are renting out don't paint over it and then tell them everything is new.

3. Another thing, don't tell your tenant that they have new carpeting, new blinds, and freshly
