What can be done about Climate Change? Well, to tell the truth, NOTHING can be done about Climate Change. The belief that human beings are to blame for the change in the world's climate is a convenient club that governments now hit people with. For instance, here in the UK, we have different coloured bins for different pieces of litter such as glass, cans, paper and wood. Anyone found putting the wrong litter in the wrong colour bin, is fined.
We have litter wardens in cities now who clamp down on anyone littering within the city centres by issuing fines. This is all well and good, and helps with the upkeep of keeping the city centre clean, but does it really help in any way, Climate Change? And that is the crux of the matter, because at the end of the day, what Climate Change boils down too is MONEY!
The UK Government especially, has seen Climate Change as a wonderful opportunity to build up its financial coffers. By telling people often enough that they must recycle, that they must put out their bins by a certain day and time of the week, that they must adhere to the Local Government By-Laws, in reference to litter that have been introduced in every major city centre in England, and that if people do not obey, than they can be fined or even in some cases jailed.
For years, scientists in the know, have been telling politicians that the world's climate is changing, and becoming warmer. They compared weather patterns of 160 years ago up to the present day to show that this is so. Scientists have stated that it is directly because of human beings that the world's climate has escalated to such levels. Now politicians spout a new mantra, and the majority of us follow like sheep.
You must conserve, you must dispose of waste in the correct way, etc etc, until people, without actually thinking or questioning for themselves why they are doing what they do, do it anyway. They place their litter in the correct colour bins believing that they are helping in some little way the world's climate....but it is all a waste of time.
People have been fed one of the biggest lies so far when it comes to Climate Change, well not so much lies, as the world's climate IS changing, but rather the public are being fed truths and half-truths. Until any scientist of reputable note, actually appears on our TV screens and states categorically that the Earth's climate is changing, and that human beings are directly responsible for this, then there will always be
