Do you believe that humanity was created by extraterrestrials?
Yes!
The only reason anyone would immediately dismiss the notion or religiously assert that an extraterrestrial being did not create humanity is because he or she is merely applying the science-fiction definition to the word extraterrestrial. As such, the common thoughts or images naturally come to mind: ET phone home, Romulan, Vulcan, Klingon, Andorian and the like.
Technically, once the basic definition of the word extraterrestrial is given, almost every person who believes in the Supreme Being we refer to as God should agree that humanity was, indeed, created by an extraterrestrial. Extra-terrestrial simply means above the Earth or not of this world. And, again, just because the term above the Earth may be used that shouldn't, necessarily, conjure an image of outer space. Spirits are super-natural or are above the natural sphere and confines of this physical earth. God and the angels are also spiritual beings. The word spiritual simply means non-physicalor non-carnal or intangiblesomething that cannot be handled, touched and, in some cases, is indescribable.
God is above the Earth, as it relates to the order of existence, because God created the Earth and all the physical material on it. As that statement implies, the Creator is above or greater than the creation because the Creator is or comes before the creation.
So, yes! This world and humanity was created by a supernatural or an extraterrestrial being: Jehovah God.
And, not that the original question, necessarily, contained the following premise, but yes, I do leave the door open to the possibilities of there being other planets, out of this solar system, that are populated with life; perhaps humanoid life forms or something else. I don't, necessarily, believe such civilizations exist in the way that our science
