Movie reviews: New Moon

Created on: December 06, 2009

New Moon 2009 movie is a "Teenage Chick Flick!" This slow traveling romantic second part film is based on Vampires vs. Werewolfs including dramatic soap-opera teenage love-themes and even cute buffed male bodies? "Young adult men will most likely find this film extremely boring and very slow paced with nothing but face-to-face talking throughout the entire film.-

Ironically, which young teenage girls and older females seem to love about this truly remarkable modern day vampire story by author Stephenie Meyer!

This teenage lovable soap-opera story continues with Bella Swan (still human) and Edward Cullen (the vampire) love-birds "slowly talking" about what to do about their situation regarding human vs. vampire?

Edward invites Bella to his home to a one day birthday celebration and suddenly she gets cut by a piece of glass, dropping human blood on the carpet, causing certain vampire family members to smell the blood of a living and breathing human-being.-

Vampire Edward heroically fights off these other members eventually causing a conflict within the vampire home and community. Stating that he has to leave forever? Beautiful Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) suffers depression over a period of months after the loss of charming vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), childishly calling her father "Charlie" (Billy Burke) during the first movie and even the second movie for some strange reason? whom tried to help her so much during these films. -

Female theater viewers nearly "jumped out of their seats" whenever the gorgeous young actor Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) took off his shirt and exposed his muscular body during this second part film of "Twilight!" Although, film-makers never revealed any of his lower body parts or extremities, beautiful Taylor looked "great" with his over-all body tan during the time release of this historical film.-

After lover Edward the vampire foolishly left Bella, the only friend she had at the time was "Jacob" an American native Indian with long black hair in the beginning of the film to turn to for life and emotional support?

Whom eventually becomes a Werewolf and cuts off all of his long beautiful hair and also becomes stronger? Saving precious Bella from other predator visiting vampires in the near Washington state region of their home town called "Forks", where her and Edward originally began their love affair.-

This extremely talkative slow two hour film goes on with the story of Vampires versus Werewolfs? Showing some minor graphic special effects regarding these particular species in still human-being Bella's life! This movie moderately shows how teenagers should behave in an intelligent life-style?

However, this fantasy story is far-fetched from reality! Modern 2009 girls and boys now days and even in the 1950's or above did NOT act like grown adults as portrayed in these two dramatic films called "Twilight". -

If life was this dramatic and painful during our teenage years? "What would we have to look forward too as we grow older?" The author Stephenie Meyer of these books and films needs to seriously think about the enormous impact this may impose on teenagers possibly causing suicide? similar to the horrific film effect called the "Exorcist" in the early 1970's.
