Facade
I should like to hide inside my mind;
A place to theorize about my world
Intrinsic space I would like to explore
The battle of beasts I shall analyze
I would study the science of thought,
Perhaps I could write a sonnet or two
So I may avoid pain from lack of life
How do I claim youth when I feel death;
A candle shrouded by darkness glows bright
But it dims as I cry myself to sleep
