Poetry: Enslaved

by Lamia Black

Created on: December 04, 2009   Last Updated: December 05, 2009

To be enslaved
Is to belong to something
Without your consent

To be enslaved
Is to give some part of you
Without the knowledge of doing so

To give your heart
To feel love
Is to be enslaved

You unknowingly give love
You simply give it

To give your heart
To give your love
Is to be enslaved
