Several child marriage stories have instigated a campaign against the practice, but I'm from the country having a high percentage of child marriages and I'm the victim in our joint family. My marriage was arranged at age of 16 and we had three children by my age 22. Due to the fact that, I had ten mouths to feed and was experiencing an extreme and persistent poverty, my future was marked by my families ill-health, a limited earning opportunity in my village, sometimes domestic and neighborhood violence, and most often, poverty.

I fled my home town, with the help of my friend, to Europe in search of a job and I started earning with the intention to support my family. While sending my entire monthly take to my family back home for their happiness, I had to be with no money for my own survival, forget about the fancy food in between.

Here, I learned the art of eating healthy, preferably free, or so to say, always free. Sometimes, it is advisable to follow the people around the world who live well and still live long.

This is mainly because they are eating food, not products. They are also not eating much. There are plenty fabulously expensive meals served in various restaurants all over the world which are ideally of the daily meal and still have less fat than the average fast food hamburger. In such a case, given the choice which would you prefer, a health specific diet food or an American fast food burger.

I spent a few years in the food industry and after studying the intricacies and the techniques of how most of the food companies operate, I've realized the ultimate truth. 'How can I eat the healthy food at a low cost' is the question asked by all around the world all the time, and it has a sure answer, if we take a serious note of it as 'the most important aspect of our daily life'..

It sounds like a wonderful dream to get free food, in a time when grocery prices are shooting up without expectations of taking reverse. However, fortunately, it's not an unobtainable dream to put free food on your table. A little homework can help you get through to it.

There is also a common tendency to think that, when I can afford to pay, why should I search for food or any items that are free. However, on the back of their mind, a thought lingers as to why should I pay when things are available for free or at a bargain price, after all no business survives or no wise business man sells items without profit or without
