Christmas gift ideas for your boyfriend

So Christmas is fast approaching for this year, and my Christmas shopping has just begun, and has been very easy, as I mainly have to shop for women, which face it is so much easier then shopping for males, but this year, I have a Fianc to buy for, which made shopping much harder. Having no help from my Fianc (typical!), I tired to brave shopping for him by myself, and here is my list of top Christmas gifts for your male partners.

Gadgets.

This is the ultimate gift for your Boyfriend/Fianc/Husband! There is a range of things you could buy him connected with Gadgets, Car accessories, Phones, Mp3's, Cameras, Computer accessories, the list goes on. Okay, there are some women who are really knowledgeable about Gadgets and accessories, but if, you are like me, are pretty useless about Gadgets, talking and asking men about what they want, and do/don't have already, and get someone who knows their stuff about gadgets to come help you, you don't want to get the wrong thing. Be cautionary with Gadgets though, they can easily become confusing, especially if your not up to date with everything, also research the prices of the products, as you can probably find it cheap somewhere.

Clothes.

One of the best presents for you male lover, because you know your partners style and can make subtle changes to his fashion style, if his fashion sense is a little out dated! I personally love shopping, and would happily spend hours shopping for my partner, and he doesn't do the whole shopping thing, and I can pick out items I think would good on him. Buying things like jackets, shirts, shoes etc are good, but if your trying out new styles of clothes, or unsure of sizes, best get him vouchers for clothes stores, and bring him along in the sales, also good for trying on items with him there, so you how they look on him.

Body Care products.

A lot of men like to look after themselves, and be clean and smell nice. So Body Care products, such as Shower Gel, Aftershave etc, are a really good gift ideas for your loved one. Personally, I like Ted Baker and Calvin Klien products as I think they smell really lovely, but are probably for much younger males. Also at Christmas, most brands do gift packs/box sets, with a variety of products, which I love, as they have little samples of the products of the brand. One caution, be careful with the smells, your partner may not like the smell, so choose careful or get one similar to his current brand, or take your best male friend along with you!

Bits and Bobs.

Things like CD's, Books, Watches, Games (Xbox, Wii etc) Chocolates, Alcohol gift boxes are all good presents for you man, as they are simple to buy, but show your man you have actually thought about him, as you need to know his interests and what he has/doesn't have in relation to these gifts. Also Novelty gifts, like mini Football Tables, Talking Can Openers, Funny T-shirts etc, this gifts show a fun side, and also are cute little gifts to add to a main present.

Other tips I would advise, is that if your male partner has a specialist interest (for my Fianc, it's boxing) gifts connected with that interest are really good ideas, as it shows you have thought a lot about his gifts, but ask him what he wants/needs connected to his interest, no good getting him something he already has.

If you really don't know what to get him, cook him a meal, take him out or take him on a mini holiday, these are really nice gift idea, obviously money permitted, but a meal in, DVDs and a nice cuddles is a really cheap present, and I bet he'd love it! And a nice weekend break is always a nice gift, even if it's not abroad, I'm sure you both would enjoy a mini break together.
