In the Depth of the Vowels
Alone in this chamber of solitude, I wait
Echoes of the past written on the wall, I wait
Ignorance is not a bliss, I must forget
Odd dreams tainting the living, I must forget
Unaltered life: a compos mentis, I covet
Asking for redemption, you leave
Eclipsing the heart that beats, you leave
If none of these ever matter, you stay
Only the dreamers are to see, you stay
Unmask the cloud of sadness, you covet...
