I was having a horrible day,
From the time that I got out of bed.
Nothing was going my way,
And I had a pain in my head.
I was feeling pretty blue,
Not sure of what to do.
When a stranger held out a helping hand.
Suddenly, I was out of the quicksand.
It doesn't take much,
You don't even have to try.
A random act of kindness can show you care.
And, you can do it anywhere.
