Which is better Huggies or Pampers? Is there really a right answer, of course not. Whether you choose Huggies or Pampers you do it because of your personal opinion and experiences. I just happen to be a lover of Huggies and I have been since the birth of first son, but that doesn't mean I didn't do some experimenting with brands for him or my second child.

I'll start out by saying I do not like all of Huggies diapers. The Snug N Dry diapers have been a big flop for me. I stick with the Pure and Natural and if they are not available I choose the Supremes.

How they fit.

One of the main reasons I like Huggies as opposed to Pampers is because of the fit. My youngest son has a larger bum and legs so it was hard finding a diaper that fits him snuggly in all the right places and gives a little in all the other places. The Huggies just seem to have a better fit overall. The diapers do a better job of stretching because of the elasticity of the waist.

Feel of the diapers.

The Huggies Pure & Natural are the softest disposable diapers I have ever felt. Pampers cannot even compare to softness. And as far as the designs on the diapers, Pure & Natural has a very light design which I like.

Leak Protection.

Huggies wins hands down in the leak protection. The Supremes and Pure and Natural have never let me down. Of course there are a hand-full of times when my kids put them to the ultimate test and won. I've tried Pampers for overnight and was left disappointed.

Price comparison.

Huggies Supreme and Pure and Dry are more expensive than Huggies Snug N Dry and other brands but well worth it in my opinion. And with all of the coupons I get from Huggies, there's not that much of a price difference.

Variety.

I appreciate that Huggies has came out with the Pure and Natural Line. Pampers doesn't offer any diaper like them. The diapers use renewable materials in the liner, the outer cover is made with organic cotton, they're fragrance free, contain Aloe and Vitamin E and use less ink.

In the end the choice is yours in whether you choose Huggies or Pampers. But take it from a mom of two boys; Huggies really are the best your money can buy.
