From sweet 16 to above 40 years almost everyone has to face acne problems. There are a lot of external and internal reasons for acne and therefore its important to understand how to tackle the acne issues which are as under:
# Never pick,squeeze or pop otherwise it can mess your skin. squeezing blemishes or whiteheads can lead to scarring or infection.It can lad to make the acne worse.
#Make sure that you pull your hair away from your face when you sleeping this helps in preventing acne.
# Always try and use fresh face towels and pillow cases as it helps in preventing the bacteria and germs away from the skin. It does not let the bacteria and germs breed for long.
#After exercising always take a shower quickly because after exercising sweat can mix up with oils in the skin and lead to clogging the skin pores thereby developing acne's.Its useful to keep the skin fresh and clean.
#Do not go to bed with make up as it clogs the skin pores and leads to acne.
# drink almost 8 glasses of water that helps in detoxifying and transport nutrients to your skin.
#Eat lot of fruits like carrots,apples , berries and grapefruits. High intake of anti oxidants helps get rid of acids in the skin.
#Expose yourself for almost 30 minutes everyday and get some fresh air as it prevents in increasing pimples and acne on the skin.
#do not use any kind soap ,always use the alkaline pH soaps,once you move out of the bed and when you are about to get into the bed.It helps to keep acid consistent with the mantle of the skin.
#Use sugar,candies and chocolates to avoid blemishes and acne .Replace sugar with honey because it helps in preventing acne.
# intake of high fibre food is very helpful to keep the skin free from acne and blemishes so its very important to eat a lot of healthy salad and whole wheat bread.
# washing your hair daily to prevent the excess of oil to get into the pimples from the hair. When you sleep the hair can touch the pimples and since pimples have excess oil in them its important that hair is washed everyday.
To prevent acne and pimple the thumb rule is to stop eating fatty food and also keeping the hands away from the acne. Also lots of fruits should be eaten and water intake is very essential.
