There are so many diet plans out there to loose weight. Some are more costly then others. Then there is the Gastric Bypass surgery that so many are using now a days. Many women can possible have a Thyroid problem and don't even realize they do. Thyroid trouble can go miss diagnosed for several months if not years. By far most of the over weight problem that people are experiencing is usual caused by simply over eating.
Food is an addiction like Alcohol is to and alcoholic. You may or may not feel this way but reality is that this is true. Think about this for a moment, why do some of us over eat? I know why I did, Stress, Stress, and more Stress. We use food for comfort and for pleasure instead of what it was designed for nutrition. Struggling to control this habit is as bad as trying to stop smoking. Many give up on diets simply because they try it for a week and see no results. Trying to loose weight takes time, like any other habit you are trying to break.
I successfully lost 97 pds, within a years time. I had to find the best way for me to look at loosing weight. Yeah you can try slim fast, weight watchers, or many other programs that are available. Some are more helpful than others. I had decided that taking it daily was the easiest for me. I focused simply on loosing a few pds a week. I knew I could accomplish this but, when I looked at my goal of how much I really wanted to loose all at once. I knew that loosing that much would be impossible. Yes you will have cravings and you will think you are being tortured.
Trying to cope with the cravings in itself is like a complete nightmare but, once you can get passed the cravings it gets easier. It took me around 4 months for my cravings to finally subside. I can remember searching through all of my kitchen cabinets just looking for sweets. Each and every day I would tell myself, I lost a few pounds last week I can loose a few more. This was my goal that I set for myself.
Wither you want to be active or not is a must, start slow with walking a few blocks a day. Try to set a time each day where you can work this into your schedule. You will thank your self for it. When you go grocery shopping. Buying all those great food in bulk seems so much cheaper but, if you only buy what you need. You don't have it on hand to eat more of. Try to avoid purchasing chips, candy, cakes, cookies, and all the sweets that we think we need. When I would crave a pop or candy bar I would only buy one. This way I didn't have what I couldn't
