A teacher evaluation process must be objective, comprehensive and practicable. Proper and periodical teacher evaluation alone can ensure systematic development of teachers. In the absence of an evaluation system, most teachers are sure to stagnate in their present standard and position, for the sheer lack of proper motivational stimuli.

Evaluation process: Every teacher must be asked to answer an objective type of question paper comprising 100 questions, covering all aspects of the subject s/he is teaching, and should be expected to score above 85%. Evaluation process: Every teacher must submit a monthly report of how many students he had been handling that month, and details of extraordinary situations, if any, handled by him and the outcome of his efforts.
