Do you wish that you could be that level 99 mage, running around with his or her mage skill cape, slaughtering every nearby enemy in sight? Well this is an extremely laborious challenge! But it is possible to overcome such a challenge, but you will need a guide to do so! That is why this article will focus on being your tool to guide you to your victory, as a high levelled master of the game of Runescape.

There are countless benefits of reaching a high levelled mage in Runescape! Runescape has many skills- woodcutting, fire making, strength and many more, too many to count. But if I make money in woodcutting and lose money in mage, what is the point of mage? Well, there are few reasons why people train up their mage. Firstly, and more obviously, because they want to increase their stats. But more importantly, and a less obvious reason people train up their mage on Runescape is because of the long time benefits. Although you lose money at level 5 mage, you will be making money at level 90 mage when you are hunting down and slaying various enemies in Bounty Hunter. As you kill enemies you gain more items which can be sold to buy items for various other skills. Being a high levelled mager is necessary to prove your strength to your friends as combat is one of the most popular aspects of Runescape, and mage is one of several types of combat methods to defeat your opponents. Being the "mager" out of your friends is a nice feeling, seeing as you are the unique member of the group. However, being the close combat fighter is not exactly unique and it can be more difficult to achieve success. But this is just the benifits of mage, how do people achieve level 99 mage?

Mage is an extremely hard skill to train! However, it is possible to achieve this goal. Starting your mage is probably the hardest part, because you don't how to or where to train. Not knowing where to train also significally disadvantages your start to mage. It is recommended you start by talking to the close by "mage trainer" right next to the general store in Lumbridge. If they are a challenge for you, feel free to fight the chickens across the bridge. At level 10 mage you can either keep doing this until level 20 mage (when it is definetly recommended you move) or alternatively buy runes until level 20 mage. This may be
