The number of educational sites for children is growing on an almost daily basis. A way to learn whilst having fun. Whether you teach children and need more resources or you just want to organise some fun activities to grow your child's skills or to encourage creativity, you can find something on the Internet. The site you visit will depend on the topic, activity and skills you are interested in and on whether you want to be able to play with your child or have them do it by themselves.
http://www.ala.org has links to websites for children divided into topics e.g. animals, science, music etc...)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/learning/ is a good general site with various information and activities.
http://www.disney.co.uk/ is great as they learn using characters they know and love.
http://www.schoolfriend.co.uk/ has a small fee but gives personalised lessons plans.
