Poetry: Still

by Bob Zimmerman

Created on: November 28, 2009   Last Updated: November 29, 2009

I've seen the sun rise out of lake michigan
I've seen the ice bergs toss in the waves
I've seen the fish on the beaches
I've seen the geese flying in

I've seen the snow falling softly
I've seen a grown man cry
I've seen the elk when they're grazing
I've looked a lie in the eye
