I love it when sexy actresses lecture everybody on what real beauty is. Granted, living well helps, but so does having personal trainers, dietitians, and acting coaches, not to mention a smoking-hot mom and a boatload of money.

On Acting Sexy

I think we can all relate. Who hasn't donned their spandex Elektra costume and strutted around the house posing in front of mirrors, spouse, children, neighbors and police officers? Just give in. You know you want to.

I'm always shocked when professional athletes gain a hundred pounds after they retire, becoming the opposite of what they strove their whole lives to be. Or is it?

And I'm sure there's a lot in common between not getting a coveted role in a blockbuster movie and not getting the manager promotion at Blockbuster video.
