Reflections: Thinking about the future

The future is a fascinating and exciting topic to discuss about. There are many point of views, and many discussions on what is going to happen in the future. In this I am going to tell you how I believe the future is going to turn out. First I will tell you about fifty years from now, then one hundred, and then five hundred.

I will be talking about how the people are going to be like, how the buildings and landscape is going to be like, and how technology has advanced in the years up to the time I am talking about.

Fifty years from now in the year 2059, the world is going to be in great danger. The world is over-populated with rich people who have to live on the streets because there is nowhere for them to buy a house. There are no farm lands anymore, they have been destroyed in order to make apartments and houses for all the people in the world.

There are twenty to thirty people living in one place, where in our days, three to four people in this place would feel uncomfortable and unsafe. There are buildings 2 feet from each other, leaving no space for cars, only for sidewalks. All the cars have been broken down, and used for parts to build more places for people to live.

The technology is very advanced from what our society has. There are now huge computer or thick televisions. Now if your computer or television set is thicker than a centimeter it is considered huge. Almost all of the population of the world is working from a phone, not doing anything but Internet selling and buying. This is the peak of the worlds destruction that all of the human race has caused.

In the year 2109, the world is a completely different place. The population of the world had dropped to just one hundred thousand people. They have torn down almost all of the buildings and made grass fields, and forests. The technology is superbly advanced then these years we know of. There are no flying cars or floating houses like in the Jetsons.

A majority of the cars in these days are only electrically powered. Most of the materials used by the billions of other people in world are now being disposed of to make the world more green. The world is slowly repopulating, but it is going slow so that all of the people that are there have time to make houses and places for all of the people. This is the point in time where the world is fixed.

Five hundred years now into the future the world is in the best condition that the human race has ever seen. In this time period, there are no gasoline powered anything, everything is electrically powered vehicles. There are a small amount of hovering cars right now at this time but they are extremely expensive even for the richest people of the world.

At this time, there is around two hundred people who have been living on the moon for fifty years. Buildings are now one kilometer minimum property and half of it has to have grass. Like in our time with people going to the moon, at this time in the world, there are people going up to Mars for a short period of time.

The worlds land has been changed into million more pieces. But scientists have been trying to join the world back into one giant land mass making it easier for people to travel everywhere and leaving plenty of space in the parts of the world for wind turbines. Plants now can grow all year long without stoppage.

Now that is my opinion of what is going to happen in the future. Thank you for reading.
