Sasha is a two star card from the Skeelz clan with 7/2 stats and a special ability of "Support: +4 Attack". That means that if Sasha is joined by 3 other Skeelz members, she'll have a whopping 16 additional attack points without using any pillz. The fact that she's from the Skeelz clan helps her even more because her ability can only be stopped by Full-Stop cards like Glorg, Shakra, and Leviatonn. Even then, these full-stop cards only occupy a small percentage of the Urban Rivals pool of characters.
She works as a great opening card for Skeelz because she can go either way. You can use her as an opening bluff card with no pillz which can then be followed by a card with Revenge abilities. You can also use some pillz to win a match and then use a Confidence card to finish it up.
Here is a short list of cards which are most likely to succumb to Sasha's fatal charm:
Deadeye of the Piranas clan - Though this card has amazing damage potential, he will still need at least 5 more pillz to match Sasha's final number of attack points. Sasha will make mincemeat out of Deadeye.
Any card with 6 power or lower from the Nightmare clan - Cards like Sheitane, Hel, and Kenny are mere playthings to Sasha as long as they don't have power reduction abilities. If they want to win, they will need to be at least 3 pillz higher than Sasha.
Any low-power card from Sakrohm, Junkz or Sentinel - These clans' attack manipulation bonuses are only half of what Sasha has to offer. Unless they're also equipped with a large attack manipulation ability to counter Sasha's extra 16 attack points.
The downside of using Sasha is that she's a weak card damage-wise. She can't really pull off effective two-hit combos unless she's working with cards which can rack up to 10 points of damage. Aside from that, she's a bit predictable if you use her on the first round. If your opponent can analyze the combination of cards you have drawn, he can easily guess if you're bluffing or not.
She's also very vulnerable to some cards which can match or reduce her power and at the same time match her attack manipulation. Mona of the Montana clan can give her a hard time in the battlefield. Zatman of the Uppers clan is another card which can make Sasha tremble in fear. It's also not recommended to pit Sasha against tough 5-star cards like Bodenpower or Tanaereva.
Sasha works best if she's in a mono-clan environment. To maximize her potential, you should put Confidence and Revenge cards in your mono-deck preset. Cards like Chiara, Manfred, and Jay can capitalize on Sasha's attack manipulation. They will have an easier time activating their abilities if she is in the deck with them.
